- Together4everr is one of the vertical of Vitan Gifts And Clothing LLP .Therefore all the payments would be made under Vitan Gifts and Clothing LLP.
- All prices are in Rupees.
- The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Orders coming in before 2 pm are processed the same day, while those coming after that are processed on the next working day.
- For the items delivered by the courier/speed post / registered post, their respective policies apply. Together4everr.com reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason, or the order is returned due to non-delivery.
- Together4everr.com is not responsible for missed / late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. Together4everr.com reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without any explanation.
- Together4everr.com shall try its best for prompt delivery; delayed / early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
- In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, Together4everr.com will not be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
- The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind. Together4everr.com does not warrant that the products/services offered will be exactly similar, error-free, or that the defects will be corrected.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, and any changes in the same must be notified by the sender within two working hours after submitting the order. Together4everr.com will make its best efforts to incorporate changes but will not be held responsible if an advised change is not made.
- Together4everr.com will deliver exactly the same products displayed on its web pages. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non-availability of product, Together4everr.com will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.
- Together4everr.com will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages but in certain unavoidable circumstances, it reserves the right to change the prices anytime, without any prior notice and charge the sender accordingly.
- Together4everr.com reserves the right to dispatch the products separately, not as a single package, if certain items in the package are not acceptable by certain couriers.
- While Together4everr.com ensures to deliver best quality products from well-known sources, it is not responsible if the quality of the product does not match the expectation of the recipient.

- If there is any sort of dissatisfaction with the service or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or practices of Together4everr.com, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this service.
Orders and Acceptance of Orders
When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to acceptance by us. Your receipt (email/SMS/push notification) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event of a purchase, you will be required to accurately provide the recipient's name and shipping address.
Refund Policy
Togetehr4everr.com allows refunds in genuine cases. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been delivered, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at support@together4everr.com or call us at +91-9810441405 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday). We will contact you and may ask for some details about the product delivered or the defaults therein. We expect your co-operation and support in completing the process and that will allow us to resolve your complaint expediently.
The acceptance of the order is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to the customer. In such a case amount paid by the customer is fully refunded to the bank account. Only one attempt for delivery will be made. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the second attempt will not be made and the order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such a case.
Refund will be credited to the bank account on orders which are processed within 48 hours of the delivery date. Online refund will process by confirmation over mail or phone call to the customer or recipient. Once processed by Together4everr.com, a refund takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
Together4everr.com is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for gift products that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender, Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery, Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
Order Modification/Cancellation Policy
There are some orders which we are unable to accept and can be cancelled by our side. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, like under any unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information.
Before accepting any order, we need to have some details and information from your side. Before cancelling any order, we will contact you.
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be modified/cancelled. However, in case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91-9810441405 (08:00 hours to 22:30 hours, 7 days a week). If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.
