Cancellation Policy :

• More than 24 hours before the time of delivery: A full refund will be issued.
• Between 6 hours to 24 hours before the time of delivery: 50% refund will be issued. 
• Less than 6 hours before the time of delivery: No refund will be issued.
• Booking for 13th and 14th February: No refund for Valentine's Special Booking.

Delivery Information :

• Our decorator follows all the safety precautions like Regular Temperature Check-up, Using hand sanitizer, Wearing Face Mask.
• Our balloon expert will come to your mentioned location at your chosen slot and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
• Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done.
• The actual product may vary in shape, color, or design as per the availability because the image displayed is indicative in nature.
• If you take permission from the Hotel or Banquet Hall or any other venue, we can decorate the mentioned location.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling is impossible after the decoration has been attempted.
• If you have any complaint, Notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery experience.
